Nalpamaradi Thailam is a time-tested Ayurvedic herbal oil widely used in traditional skin-care and abhyanga (self-massage) routines—especially for supporting the appearance of uneven tone that can develop with sun exposure and dryness.
Formulated with Nalpamara (the four sacred Ficus barks) and complementary botanicals, it’s valued for its deeply nourishing feel and ritual-like, premium experience when used consistently as part of a clean body-care routine.
Why Nalpamaradi Thailam:
-
Traditionally used for tan-prone, uneven-looking skin and dullness caused by sun exposure
-
Supports a healthier-looking, brighter appearance over regular use (as part of routine care)
-
Richly moisturizing—helps soften the feel of rough, dry texture
-
Excellent as a pre-bath body oil (classic “oil-before-bath” Ayurvedic practice, similar intent to ubtan routines)
-
Ideal for self-care and massage rituals—especially when used warm and applied slowly
How to use:
If you choose to apply it on the face:
-
Use 4-5 drops maximum
-
Avoid the eye area
-
Always patch test first
-
Oily/acne-prone or sensitive skin should be extra cautious and start very small

Used this Nalpamaradi Thailam as pre-bath oil for 25 mins and the glow after bath is real. My tan on arms looks lighter and skin feels super soft. Smell is very Ayurvedic and nice.
I stay in hot sun a lot and had clear tan lines on neck and hands. After 2 weeks (3 times/week), it improved the uneven look and my skin feels healthier.
I apply before shower and scrub gently. My elbows and knees look smoother and less dull. Not instant miracle but consistent results.
Wanted a clean glow for my functions. Used 4 times a week for 3 weeks. Skin looks brighter and makeup sits better on body too.
This oil is thick and nourishing. My legs were very dry and looked greyish. Now it looks more moisturized and tan is reduced slightly.
